Program
Tentative program of the Seminar InterPV 2018
The lecture program of the seminar is made up by 4 thematic blocks (Photovoltaic Technologies, Systems & Applications, Energy Storage, Formation and Education) given by experts from academia and industry and is accompanied by hands-on workshops. The lectures introduce specific technologies and facilitate orientation at the subsequent trade fair InterSolar in Munich.
Besides the lecture program, the seminar analyses on targets, challenges and routes towards the education and formation of students, local experts and skilled professionals. Participants are encouraged to take active part, present their own projects and interconnect in favor of the formation and re-enforcement of networks and shared knowledge.
The seminar is scheduled in the run-up to the Intersolar 2018 held in Munich, (https://www.intersolar.de/en/home.html ). Intersolar Europe is the world’s leading exhibition for the solar industry and its partners and takes place annually at the Messe München exhibition center in Munich, Germany. The event’s exhibition and conference both focus on the areas of photovoltaics, solar thermal technologies, solar plants, as well as grid infrastructure and solutions for the integration of renewable energy. Since being founded 26 years ago, Intersolar has become the most important industry platform for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, service providers and partners of the solar industry.
The tentative program of the InterPV seminar in Halle includes:
- Lectures held by external experts
- Posters and case studies presented by the participants (Alumni)
- Group work and group discussions
- Practical workshops
- An academia day dedicated to education, formation and teaching in the context of solar energy conversion
- Excursion to the energy-independent rural village Feldheim (http://nef-feldheim.info/?lang=en )
- A rich cultural and social framework program
